Quirky, friendly, fab egg Benedict
Lovely setting in a rustic barn conversion, three unique spaces to sit plus a courtyard. Staff all friendly and welcoming but bit slow clearing tables. Cafe atmosphere by day with more of foodie feel in the evening. Daytime menu a mix of all day breakfast, sandwich and salad menu and lunch dishes, maybe a bit extensive. Warm veggie lunch choice a bit limited and one of the two choices out of stock on my visit. Food excellent and chips superb. On site delli nice.
Shocking service.. simple coffee and home made lemonade. Took 15 minutes, my coffee served with a dessert spoon... over priced menu to big.. staff cant cope.
Best grub in Bridgend. Must try their Full Welsh breakfasts. Also the deli is superb for taking picnics to the beach.
Excellent food. Amazing staff friendly cosy and when the fire is lit on a winters day nothing like a hot chocolate. There's even a deli with home made foods. Yummy. love Cobbles Kitchen.
