Fab service from Enterprise Bridgend, I was involved in an accident the night before my holiday. A hire car was arranged for me to pick up the day I got home all sorted by enterprise, the manager Kev was really helpful and I picked up a lovely Nissan Juke. When my car was ready they gave me a call and dropped me to the auto body shop to save me getting a lift! Thank you will recommend
Exellelent service , picked up from my garage on time and had a good hire Vehicle. Absolutely faultless and were a great help with my disabilty and choice of Car .All staff are very polite and helpfull including Sophie the assistant manager. Highly RECOMMEND .
I needed a car within two hours and the website was easy to use and book with. Had a phone call confirming the order and they offered to pick me up as well, which was handy as I was in the middle of an industrial estate having just dropped off my recently clutchless broken car to a garage. Quick and easy to get in the rental. Nice new car. But big issue for me was because I only had a debit card and not a credit card, the whole 250 deposit was taken from my current account and then it took 2 days to go back in after the car was dropped off. I understand this isn't the case if you have a credit card for the deposit. But it made money very tight for me having just paid for a tow truck as well... And having to wait 2 days for the money to go back in was pain. Be warned.
