Took my car here for mot where I found it easy to book online at a time and date to suit me as well as a great price. Met by friendly staff and service was quick.on completion I was quoted for items that were advised but there was no pressure. Would recommend halfords autocentre to others and have even booked my other vehicle in already

Recently had a free MOT carried out at this Halfords Autocentre after an in-store promotion. Service was fine and car passed so all good. I did however witness numerous people being told their cars had failed their MOT and the quotes to get them through the MOT were eye watering. Would I take my car there for future MOT's? Not a chance. I prefer to use dedicated MOT stations that don't carry out repairs. Would I use them for service or repairs... Probably not as the prices they were quoting other customers were comparable to my local BMW independent so I will continue using them for their expertise.
