MB Bridgend failed to come back to me despite multiple phone calls, so decided I would use MB Specialists instead having drove past it a few times whilst on the estate. I've been having transmission issues, the gear changing up and down, up and down for no reason, and was advised to have a software update. MBS were helpful when booking the appointment, car was ready at lunchtime and was only a 42 fix. Have cancelled my MB Service Plan and will be using these moving forward.
