Since new doctors taken over always been helpful and listen to you without making you feel as if you if are veneath them.
Very poor service! Over half an hour delay from original appointment time! No explanation as to what the delay is which is completely unacceptable! What else can you do but wait? Lucky Im not suffering from anxiety!
Doctors are great , reception staff have an attitude problem.
I feel it's too easy to criticise GP Surgeries these day, particularly on the anonymous internet. With career moves, I've had many Doctors during the last 20 years, and Ashfield is as good a any of them. I've seen many worse off in Wales especially, so don''t criticise waiting times when extra care is being given to the patient ahead of you.. Appointments are a UK-wide problem, NHS systems are to blame here I think.
This practice has been looking after me for 40 yrs,they have always been caring and efficient in dealing my problems,the Drs.always listen and reply in language the ordinary person can understand.
