Been a fan of these since they started - around the same time as us at Lovey Dovey UK. We watched their business grow, evolve and get sold. Thankfully it was acquired by someone with a respect and passion for the brand!Lee has taken the already fabulous concept and further developed and diversified into all things Fruity!I was very impressed with Lees ideas to expand. The Fruity base in Bridgend is a delight! Their core offer - chocolate dipped strawberries is still a massive part of the business, but take a look at their website to discover so much more!Delicious and highly recommended by us!
Amazing fresh bouquet of fruit and strawberries dipped in chocolate and they tasted as good as they looked. Staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to my next visit. Go on spoil yourself.
I ordered a gift box for a birthday present last week but unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery company (no fault of Fruity Bouquets) the item never arrived and was eventually sent back to sender. I took this up with FB and they have been more than understanding and helpful. Once the issue was accepted by the delivery company they have taken up a refund with them and sent out a complimentary replacement gift. Im looking forward to hearing how great the gift box is and am very grateful for the customer care that FB has given me. Thanks

This review is for the Newport shop rather than this one but I am sure it applies! I ordered a basket and asked for it to delivered to a friend's house in Newport in the evening. The bouquet had then to be transported from Wales, via an overnight stop to South Devon. I explained all of this as I was concerned that the fruit would not remain fresh.I needn't have worried! It was delivered, beautifully wrapped, exactly on time and having kept it in a cool environment, it was still perfect for the party where it was the star of the show! Fantastic service - well recommended
