Spent 30 minutes driving around looking for this place. Sign posted but does not exist. Do not answer the phone which diverts to a fax. Mickey mouse company comes to mind.
Quality is awful. And trying to get in contact with them after delivery is even worse. Avoid
Excellent value for money, my sofa looks fab!! When it was made it wouldn't go up the stairs to my flat, so they took it away and remade it in 2 pieces for me. Their only fault is that they forget to pass on messages and return your calls , so time lapses in between.
Quality and customer service is very poor. Having taken large seat cushions back to be repaired after only a few months, they had them for 2 weeks and kept forgetting to repair them despite numerous visits and phone calls. In the end I couldnt keep leaving work early to catch them open so I asked them to deliver the cushions to my home (just over a mile away) and no surprise they forgot to do that too. They did not apologise, it was just not important to them. I would not recommend.
Not one to usually write reviews, but I must give this company some credit when due. We walked into the showroom with the intention of buying 6 beds for a new project, with only 10 days left until we needed them! We chose our fabric and were told we could get them delivered by the deadline date. The quality are superb and the beds look fab! We're soo impressed with the service, will definitely be using this company again in future.
