Ok for a quick fuel stop but very expensive. Better off getting fuel from Sainsbury. It's just around the traffic island. As for the Starbucks the staff are unfriendly and a friend of mine got a parking fine for over staying in the car park. The Burger king isn't much better. Place run by children. Didn't seem to know what they were doing. Doesn't give a good impression to people visiting Wales.

Visited 7.30pm on a Saturday night. Just a quick petrol stop as fuel light had been on for a while and didn't think I would get to my local garage on what was left. Very cheery "hello" from the cashier and at just 5p a litre more than my local garage cheaper than expected for a motorway services.
Pleasant services with standard format. Clean and well presented. Staff were helpful although there were few at the time of my visit, which was very late. Parking free and plentiful with charging points for hybrid vehicles. Hotel opposite if required.
Now that it has been rebuilt it's actually quite a nice services area. The Starbucks is great for your morning coffee. The only downside is the extortionate cost of fuel, but there is a full electric vehicle charging area.
