Just read the review , describing the guy in the shop as clueless, very harsh considering they didn't take your money .I've been in there many times with very little detail on what I need and they do their best , while I have not been very helpful in getting the right info before I visit . They are honest when I don't have enough detail for them to work out what I need and don't sell me something that isn't right . I'm the typical customer they probably get a lot .They spend a lot of time with me just to sell a couple of bolts . You won't get that service anywhere else .
As a complete novice to gas bbqs I have emailed Ryan several times for advice. He is always helpful and always available - even when out of the country on holiday. A man after my own heart who puts customer service at the top of the list. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not forgetting competitive. This man will do you a good deal. He will always ensure that yiu get the correct advice and the correct product. Gas is a dangerous thing. You need to go to a man that knows what's he's doing. Ryan does

Guy in the shop was clueless.They told me that I could not get an adapter with regulator to fit a calor gas bottle to my camping stove. They said the pressure of a calor bottle would break the stove. Isn't that what a regulator is for? I did question it and he said he would need to see the stove evan though I said I was using Primus 450 bottle. He discouraged me from buying camping fuel. I just went straight to Home base where the fuel was cheaper and went on line and bought an adapter with regulator made by Weber.
