Impressive Customer Service...I bought two Addis Clip & Close fridge jugs in 2016 through Amazon, which have been fantastic for storing my homemade soups. However, we moved house in July last year and sadly one of the lids went missing in the move. I emailed Addis Customer Service to ask whether they could supply a replacement lid. They agreed to send a replacement, but have actually sent me a completely new fridge jug, free of charge! Its not often that you experience such kindness, so I just had to write about it! Keep up your excellent Customer Service Addis .
In the mid 1980s I bought my wife a combined laundry and kitchen set (brown in colour), comprising of:A Laundry basket, a washing up bowl, a cutlery drainer, a small brush (for use during washing up) and bucket, what a romantic I was then. The laundry basket is no longer with us as our younger daughter, aged about 5 or 6 at the time, used to climb on and as it was not designed as a climbing frame, it broke.I am very pleased to say that all of the other items, from the original set, are still in use today.If that doesn't deserve 5 stars, what else would qualify?
