Very expensive but good service
I called the Laundry to ask about turn round times for a two piece suit. Having spoken to a member of staff called Louise I was satisfied that they could clean my suit in time for a very important meeting the following day and took it in. They received the suit at 9am and Louise called me at 10:40am the same day to collect. My suit was cleaned and well pressed when I arrived to collect it. An excellent service! I would definitely recommend this laundry to other customers!
Same day turn around - great service, with a smile. 9am opened & had my shirts by 3PM.
I feel compelled to write a review having just seen the previous post. I have used this dry cleaners for many years mainly for delicate workwear, and have always found the staff very helpful, polite, funny and generous with there free sweets for my little girl. The service has always been great and have never had any problems at all with their cleaning, in fact the opposite, it has always been a positive experience. I hope this is useful to anyone considering using this cleaners.
I would never recommend this cleaners to anyone, attitudes are disgusting, I would of done a better job washing my clothes myself! Really it's a rating of 0Reply back to your comment, saddened by what I wrote on your website. I stand by my opinion, and I have told family and friends not to use un caring cleaners laleston!!! You should listen to what your customers want
