Terrible customer service , i called for a delivery after months of being a customer here only to be told my regular order was now 10 extra by a shift manager. You have now lost a regular customer and hundreds of pounds over the course of the year. Good job!
We ordered food for lunch in work for ASAP. It took over an hour to come, which meant that the lunch break was over even though the pizza was ordered half an hour before the time, meaning that the order was cold. They brought the wrong pizza and when called, they stated that they wouldn't replace it as it would take another hour to come. It wouldn't have been so bad but we were the other side of the roundabout, which was a 5 minute drive at most! Constant problems with this place and the staff don't seem to care.
Absolute shambles never answer the phone send out the wrong stuff. We ordered chicken and rather than phone us they sent out garlic bread as a replacement. That ain't no use to me as our son can only have the chicken as he is lactose intolerant. Tried calling for over half an hour with the phone just ringing but no one ever picks up!!!! Avoid at all cost. Order from pizza hut at least they sort your problems
We made an order for 6 pizzas in work. Arrived quick and as always tasted great.The only issue was who ever sliced them needs a pair of glasses. They were shockingly uneaven and misshaped slices. All of them.. it was annoying when trying to share them between 12 people.
Brilliant service here, they're always so busy but the food always comes on time, never once had an issue! Only downside is they don't cover the valleys and Porthcawl area etc, but then again 1Delivery.co.uk do so I can still get some pizza wherever I'm eating !
