Excellent plumbing service, reliable and good value. I was quite reluctant to set about choosing a plumber as I think it is hard to know whether they are reliable or honest. I chose Celteco because of their other positive reviews online to fix a tap and a toilet. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, the service was brilliant - everything fixed and done with care and attention. Good value pricing and prompt to book the appointment, plus a clear invoice. Will definitely use them when I need a plumber again.
We called Celteco on Saturday (12:30 'ish) for an emergency call out. We had noticed a large pool of water in the utility room but could not see where the water was coming from. Our usual plumber was not available so we tried Celteco for the first time. Huw came within an hour and very quickly isolated the problem to our 7 year old oil boiler. Literally within minutes of doing so he had the condensing filter removed and in pieces in the sink. He showed us the problem. A well and truly blocked filter that should have been cleaned at some if not all of the six previous annual services that we had carried out by other plumbers. We were very impressed at the speed and care that Huw took to carry out the job. He even mopped up the floor and wiped down the boiler! His charges were also extremely fair. We have definitely found our plumber and would have no hesitation in recommending Celteco and Huw to any of our friends and family. Fantastic service! Thank you Huw.

Have used Celteco three times now for a cooker fitting , boiler replacement and a boiler service for my Mum. Hugh and Jack are very professional and efficient . They work to a very high standard. Will always use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend.
