Been with them for 20 years - James is great, even the children were happy to visit the dentist, and the receptions have always been lovely and helpful.
In terrible pain....receptionist wont give me an appointment till 11 dec. Says im struck off so have to wait has im no longer an emergecy. Thank god my gp is treating me with antibiotics and he is not at all impresseed
Rude receptionist. Arrogantly me told they have no appointments "that is why our books are not open" end of call.
I do not recommend this dentist I had an appointment with them and on the day of the appointment I rang up in plenty of time to explain I had car trouble and I might be a bit late I turned up 20 mins late and not only wouldn't they see me they wouldn't leave me rearrange the appointment. The Secretary had attitude aswel I strongly do not recommend bad experience with them.
I phoned last week needing a front-tooth chip filled. I was offered an appointment later that week, but could only make today. I was seen by a lovely female dentist Sarah who fixed my tooth beautifully and took the time to answer my questions about how I could make general dental improvements. She was professional and caring, and explained various options without any hard sell. The surgery is run efficiently and my appointment was on time. It is scrupulously clean and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. There's no parking but the Embassy car park is nearby, I just have to remember to leave a bit early to get there on time.Although I'm an NHS paying patient, I was dreading how much it was going to cost me for a front-tooth white filling today. I was so happy to be charged 13-50 - the emergency fee. 10/10 Thank You Beynons - you've got me for life :-)
