Very friendly staff, clean and hygenic.
Disgusting way to treat a potential customer. Made an appointment for Saturday, called early Saturday morning to check the time of my appointment and the answer phone (which I called 17 times) said they are only open Monday to Friday. It was also bank holiday weekend. Not once did the answer phone state the practice is open just not the reception. I thought I must have the wrong day, couldn't check because the phone isn't manned. Called up this morning to find out what happened and I am now not allowed any more appointments! Even though no one was there to answer my query. They won't even take this into consideration. I'm glad I didn't have an appointment now. Clearly customer service is not a priority for this practice! Take you money elsewhere. Absolutely disgraceful!
Amazing dentist, very lovely staff who are extremely patient and understanding. I would certainly recommend them. :-)
