Do not sell you gold here! Was told (again) that the price of gold had 'gone down' - it hasn't. Totally unprofessional in every aspect I can think of, discourteous, callous. Don't expect to be offered a seat, dressing gowns are apparently ok as workwear, just shockingly bad.

I wouldn't take my watch again to Dewi Grifiths for a battery. I took it back as I wasn't happy with it, as the movement was loose. I have now taken my watch to another jeweller, which it now needs a complete new movement.
