Sent a pair of earrings back for exchange because stones were falling out. They refused because my wife had got them wet. Never heard such nonsense in my life. Will never buy their cheap rubbish jewelry ever again.

Shocking experience. Bought a ring, took back next day unworn and was told not allowed an exchange or voucher as I had apparently worn it due to ''marks" even though I had not even removed from package. Manager was awful. Accused me of lying. Had to send to head office for a voucher .Avoid.
