Great stay at the Premier Inn Bridgend Central, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The onsite breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
The breakfast was very good, can tell the kitchen team really care about a good quality cooked breakfast. :)
Stayed here for a wedding, beds were comftable room was nice and tidy. Location is brilliant. Easy to find (even though our sat nav tried to send us the wrong way). Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. If I'm heading back to the area then I'd definitely stay there again. Great price, good food, great staff.
Reception area smells like an old persons home , gagged a bit when I walked in. Lift light wasnt working so had to use lift in the darkness, ok for me, but not ideal for any disabled/vulnerable people. Breakfast was good, nothing special. Probably wouldnt stay again and would look for an alternative hotel on area.
Stayed at the Derwen for one night, had not or booked breakfast but decided to have a breakfast and what a pleasure it was to be looked after by Helena! Her customer service was second to none. Thank you Helena for your great customer service this morning!
