Would you like some nice frozen apparently fresh vegetables with that meal sir? What's with the Iceland frozen vegetables and the powdered mash potatoes? Food has taken a nose dive here. Very very disappointed! Left most of it at a big price.

We booked a table there on Boxing Day and paid a deposit. I had pate which was warm and the turkey dinner,I tried to cut the stuffing but it was too hard. We waited 30 minutes between courses. One of our party had chicken black on top and bones underneath. We had 2 chefs in our party and they made a statement of complaint. I went to the toilet to be sick but had to wait, I sat carefully on the only chair only to fall on the floor as the top wasn't attached to the rest of the chair. A gentleman helped me up and examined the chair. I tried to compose myself as I spoke to a member of staff and they filled. out an accident report and assured me they would be in touch- they have not. I am alerting anyone thinking of going there not to go. I expect service when it's booked not to come away hungry and bruised . Don't put up with this.
Stopped here quickly for food as i was starving after cycling 90 miles in the velothon event that took place in cardiff. I love a Harvester, and this one did not disappoint! Plate full of meat and cooked to perfection shared between myself and the wife. Excellent service as always! Highly recommend!
Good place to have get together. We had a get together for 10 people. Lot of options including fish and Vegan. Loved the shakes and ice cream.
