Rhian is absolutely fantastic and has helped me immensely with a lower back problem I have. She has given me first class treatment and has provided me with help and support on how to help me help myself through exercise. I attend Pilates and yoga classes at One2one also, and they are run by wonderful teachers also. I would highly recommend this centre for wellness.
As an Elite International Triathlete, I need to make sure that my body is able to perform at the highest level day in, day out. One2one Therapy have provided me with this service. Their professionalism is to the highest standard and all the staff are excellent. They are always very kind, caring and helpful, and they really support me in all my races. I am always impressed with the latest technology used during my sessions and the ViMove sensors picked up areas in my body that were weak and needed addressing. I would highly recommend having this test done.
