Excellent service from Gareth Tremain in Bridgend. He quickly identified the cause of my concern and helped me to understand the best way to manage my issue with my elbow whilst continuing to attend gym classes. He suggested a plan to incrementally build back to full functioning which was clear and motivated me to keep moving but within a clear framework for progress. Very highly recommended!
