Bridgend Audi is my nearest so I got a quote from them via carwow. The salesman tried telling me for my 600 per month budget they would struggle to get me an Audi A1 sportback!! Yet I have quotes from 5 other main Audi dealers that are very close to the deal I was hoping to get! (Audi Q3). They must think some people were born yesterday with their shocking sales tactics!
I stopped going here and went to the Swansea Audi instead. Staff in Bridgend seem preoccupied with other matters rather than with customer service. Pricing seems different between garages and is cheaper in Swansea. Also you have a better chance of a courtesy car in Swansea.
As is the norm in this garage the service manager and staff were so helpful and efficient explaining the report on the car . They always make me feel special

After eventually getting an answer I was told there was no one in the service dept but would get a call back shortly.A week later with no call I rang Cardiff Audi and got the car booked in within 2 minutes.Great service when I bought the car last December but after sales service not so good.
