I only called in to see what was on show (19/01/19), and came away with a 66 plate Tiguan. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Collecting the car next Saturday.
Booked an oil change 3 weeks ago via the phone. In fact they had to ring me back. Arrived this morning and no details on there system. No apology really. Only interested in who rang me. Offered come back in a week for a 30 minute job! Lots of pomp and no cred.

Polite, efficient but annoyingly insisted on charging for screen wash when the technician was able to pour a thimble full into the reservoir. Lucky me I get to keep the rest.I must add that subsequently I was refunded the cost of the item so well done to Sinclair for that. Apparently you must advise on arrival for a service whether the screen wash is needed.
