We called just to check opening hours on boxing day and were told about a free day pass we could get from the website. This was really simple and took a maximum of 1 minute to complete. The gym is huge and has every machine you could hope for, plus 3 of every free weight. The guy who was working (Jake, I think!) was lovely and showed us around plus stayed open a little later to allow us to shower and not rush out. Would recommend!
Good place to workout. In city centre of Bridgend. Have got free classes everyday. Helpful team. Good amount of weights to train. Not too crowded. And have a separate yard to practice boxing and do core excercises
