Gr8 gym large area and lots of machines there are double pairs of dumbbells so never have to wait for other people , only drawback is the toxic smell off the resin from the boat repair workshop next door can give a sore throat and sickly feeling in my gut. Apart from that it has a good vibe somewhere you can really get on .
Friendly staff cardio and weight areas, a good circuit class only small numbers.
Top quality gym; good vibes from the people and top end equipment (weights and cardio/functional) to suit different training methods.
Decent gym, has an improved cardiovascular area.
