I have used many facilities at halo life centre.I joined and used the gym for a short time and I have partaken in some exercise classes.I have used thg swimming pool. I held my sons birthday party at the soft play and have visited it on many occasions.I have also purchased beverages and muffins.I've even been to the library to use computers, print and photocopy. I have never had any issues in all of my visits. And any issues that arise while there, staff were readily available and super helpful to make sure the issues was resolved.A fantastic resource for Bridgend Town Centre.
Fantastic place to spend the day. Free swimming! Who can complain about that. Staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoy taking the children there for numerous activities and events . And not too expensive, either.
Took our little boy swimming today and I have to say the changing rooms were absolutely disgusting. They were smelling of wee, the tops of the drains were coming off, hair and muck all over the floor and the top of the bin is covered in gunk. The wave machine was not working and we were told they have to drain the entire pool and dig out the footings to try and fix it. The carpet outside the changing rooms has not been hoovered for ages it is stinking. The whole place should be shut down for a deep clean and they have the cheek to charge people to use the facilities . Absolutely vile.
Four stars because of the lack of available fresh food at the cafe. What they had was good and fresh. They serve good coffee. The cleanest and most user friendly unisex toilets I've ever seen. Well kept and clean and the disabled don't have to pay for parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Bridgend, I will make a turn here just for a cup of coffee. Wow!
