I take my two cats and rabbit to this practice. I find the vets and staff are always kind, patient and knowledgeable. They have reassured me, that good vets do exist. They really care about our pets. If your unsure or worried ask, it's better to be safe than sorry. Highly recommend
The care they gave my cat, who would have lost her eye, was amazing. Shes now fully recovered and has only a slight sight loss. Now, only last night, my puppy broke her font leg in 3 places. The vet and nurse stayed on an extra 2 hrs to make sure she was comfy enough to be transferred to Cardiff. Cant thank them enough.
Took my pet there and the service I had was outstanding... She needed emergency surgery and the whole practice was fantastic with the whole thing I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone

Very helpful, friendly and attentive. They did surgery on my guinea pig for a bladder stone. They gave me all the info I needed. You can see they all cared for my poorly pet. Id recommend them to everyone.
