Been going to shepherds for many many years. Had some not so good vets but overall fantastic. Had our old girl pts at very short not in and the young lady vet came out to the car. She closed the blinds and didn't rush our time with her before we said goodbye. When picking her up the receptionist was amazing and took us to a private room and answered our questions. Made a tough time a little easier
Having four dogs, and several birds we have visited Shepard's the vets for many years.we have always had excellent advice,care and treatment for our pets. Our most recent visit for one of our budgies, found us dealing with the most knowledgeable vet Craig who I could not speak highly enough of.
Always good to my pets, my father had used these back 40 odd years. I've been using them 20years. Always been good with me during the times my guinea pigs, rabbits and dogs required help
Really impressed with this vets surgery. Called into the practice to make some enquiries as I am thinking about adopting a rescue dog, and got all of the info I needed from Jennifer on reception who was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and advise me. Brilliant service.
