Dealt with Neil Gibbons was amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable but gave us amazing advice on the car best suitable for us! also him and the manager (owner) were amazing with our young children, talking and playing with them and letting them sit in the showroom cars, made the whole experience less stressful and more fun for our boys.Made our experience of buying a new car brilliant, would 100% recommend.

I have visited Bassetts twice only to find the sales team is like Jekyll & Hyde. Neil ( with beard ) was an absolute pleasure and was highly recommended by friends. Unfortunately he is always very busy so I had the pleasure of dealing with his colleague which was a completely different experience all together. The three stars are for my initial visit
